Leadership Training
Top Down Leadership:
Top-Down Leadership is a 2-day training class which will greatly benefit all levels of leadership within your agency. This training is similar to Defining a Leader but is targeted more towards command staff and high-ranking supervisors. The goal of this training is to give attendees a better understanding of how each level of leadership is important to the entire agency.

During this training, we will cover the importance of communication, acknowledgement, understanding, and the impact each level of leadership has on the entire agency. Top-Down Leadership will change how you view leadership from the top down. This training is interactive training that will allow staff to present scenarios. Attendees will receive a certificate upon completion.
